Poor fit for EeePC 901 December 20, 2008
This is a nice, grippy, non-scratch and non-smudge material, and could potentially be a good cover. I got it because I don't like shiny laptop cases -- having to wipe off smudges frequently or else leave the laptop looking grungy. Unfortunately, as others have said, this cover does not quite fit the EeePC 901 properly (mine is 12g / XP).
The top cover isn't long enough and covers the bottom half inch of screen (i.e., blocks Windows taskbar). If you stretch it down it covers the camera, and then pulls itself back to original position anyway. Also the sides along the screen flare out due to being a bit tight across the backside/outside of the case.
You might be able to cut the top cover to fit better, but that might compromise its integrity and cause it to be loose and fall off the laptop. If you are willing to cut it and also glue it in places to your laptop, it looks like that could work, although I haven't done that myself, yet.
The bottom cover is hard to type through and causes many errors for me, and the holes for connectors aren't quite lined up, but again with some cutting / gluing it might be made to work.
Also, because it's grippy, with this cover on it takes a little more time to get the laptop into & out of its carry pouch.
In it's original unmodified state it is too problematic for me and I have removed it from my laptop.

I bought this cover for my eee pc 901 20GB and it does not fit. The holes in the cover do not line up. It did fit my Mom's 4GB eee pc version though.

I have an Asus eee 901 & bought this cover to protect it. The clear bottom portion is too long & the plugs get covered up. To compensate (or so it would seem), the pink top portion is too small. What gives?? Maybe mine was just cut wrong, but I'm very disappointed.
