Phonics Based Reading For All Ages!



The Reading program is designed to teach reading to students aged six to sixtysix and more.  The program's activities focus on developing basic readingand comprehension skills.  Since English has 44 sounds, 26 letters, and 250combinations, none of this is simple or easy for anyone. Interestingly, readingskills can be developed effectively with a broad range of individual abilities,unlike mathematics, which some people just cannot understand well. The key toyour making Reading work for you and/or your family is the effective andappropriate use of practice. If you emphasize repetitions, and more repetitions,as this program provides for, you will succeed under most circumstances.

Only 60% of US adults read functionally despite the enormous importance ofreading in all of our lives. So be patient with yourself and/or your familymembers in this challenging learning process. The phonics approach has provenitself as the most effective way to make reading accessible to virtuallyeveryone. Let the program help you and/or yours learn and practice until thereading skills become automatic for the new reader. Although the process isdifficult, almost nothing is as wonderful as to experience personally or secondhand the delight of a new reader who learns how to read effectively.
