I-pod mini arm band January 6, 2009 Only 3 stars because: 1) it is a bit bulky, 2) it was advertised as good for the iPod mini, but it doesn't fit very well and I had to poke a hole in the fabric for my earphones plug. It is servicable and I will use it until I wear it out.
pretty good June 29, 2008 Well for starters the thing that limited this from receiving a 5 star is the fact you have to cut open the headphones jack hole and that sort of limits i say the protection from rain or water splash. Also to boot makes it a tight fit for ur jack to plug n play (considering you didnt make the hole huge and just a small cut)
ASide from that you need to definitely wear a cloth underneath this as it is pretty abrasive against ur skin causing irritation and red marks if worn bare.
Those faults aside its pretty solid and sturdy so far and definitely protects against degrees of water exposure 1st and foremost being ur sweaty arm where its placed cuz this makes it pretty hot where you wear it. ALso yes u can easily scroll and view ur ipod. and it fits all sizes assuming ur not on the extremes of too thin like a 10 year old girl or have 22+ inch arms which in that case not for ur fit unless u wear it on ur forearm regarding the 22+ inch arms comment.
duct for headphone is not placed properly for Ipod Classic June 2, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
the duct for plugging in the headphone is at the center, whereas for the IPod classic 80GB i need to plug it in at the right hand corner and there is no way u can do that with this arm band.
not for iPod 5G (video) March 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
There is nothing wrong with this armband, except that it does not fit the iPod with video (5G), which is what I bought it for. The holes for earphones etc are in the wrong place. I thought it was the correct armband because the apple website says it is a compatible accessory -- it isn't.
Meh, OK I Guess March 11, 2008 It is a comfortable armband with a nice clear face for the ipod. It fits my arm very well. However, there is no hole for my iPod's headphone jack. there are holes in the center which makes it very difficult to plug in. So, I just punched a hole where my headphone jack would go and everything was ok. Who makes an armband for iPods and doesn't include a hole for the headphone jack where it's located on the actual iPod?
