I realize that sometimes things happen that can make a product not work. I was very pleased with the timely replacement of the defective part. The new one came in a couple of days and works fine. I would consider another purchase a good investment.

It works very good, the internet speed is quite hight, but the adapter is big and doesn't look good. Anyway, it worths the price you pay for it.

I got it set up quickly and got it started. The device does pick up my router signal better and more relaibly than my built in card on my desktop, but the signal is only around 40-60%. Also, I have to put in my router password each time I need to restart the software. The help info is not friendly to causual users, so I am sure there is a way to get around this, I just can't figure it out. I paid very little and got a working solution at a good price.

I ordered 2 of these items. First the instructions did not help and all, but most important the item did not work on my PC running Win7 32bit.
